Instruction for Final Accepted Poster Papers

This instruction is to help you prepare your final poster paper and other relevant materials for conference.

1. Poster Paper Registration

The deadline for author registration is August 1, 2018 , in order for the poster papers to be presented as poster in ICIC2018. If you register late, your poster paper may be not arranged as poster exhibiting during the conference, which is a Mandatory step without exception for any authors.

2. Bank Transfer Receipt File (PDF) Upload.

As soon as you finish paying the registration fee, please scan your Bank Transfer Receipt into PDF e-file, and then upload it to our Online Registration System.

3.Display Board

Poster exhibition is limited to 1-2 pages per poster paper, the format and style are flexible. The size of display board is 80cm180cm.
